I decided about a week ago that I would like to buy a pocket watch. My mom told me that apparently my great grandfather had one, and that she had it, somewhere. After scouring the house, I found it in the attic. It does not work, and I would like to get it fixed. I have been researching, and this is what I have found:
    Markings:
    -Hamilton (on the dial)
    -Hamilton Watch Co.
    Lancaster Pa.
    21 Jewels
    SN 388597

Checking the serial number in a database online, I found that the watch was made in 1904, and is a Grade 992 watch. The watch is set in a Wadsworth Referee case, numbered 2018271.

I would like to know all I can about this watch, or case, and would appreciate any info you all might provide. Thank you.
