Huge Porcelain Bowl 10 3/4" round diameter..3 1/2" high.Scalloped rim.beautiful turquoise color around the edge..gold gilt. There is a number "13" on the bottom in black, the only mark. I am curious on maker..could this be Limoge..Nippon???? I think it is early 20th century.
