    4" Mixed metal Japanese vase made in Bronze and what looks like copper. Sadly it has been polished but I thought it was still wonderful(you can see the natural patina on the bottom). I'm guessing it was made around the Meiji period. Got it for 20$ at a flea market and couldn't be happier with it.

      Thank you that is very kind of you to say so...I used to collect anything and everything I love the history of 'stuff'... I have only just started collecting glass and have fallen head over heals..no hope for me know..the only thing that will stop me is the bank balance..:-)))... but! I am a bargain hunter like you and get much more of a thrill finding stuff that way..good luck with your! treasure hunting!..by the way welcome to CW...:-)
