This is an elegant vaseline glass divided dish with gorgeous etched and gilded rims. It is 10 3/8" long by 8 1/4" wide and very heavy. It looks like Fostoria or Tiffin, but I haven't been able to find any information in any of my reference books or online. The edges around the sides as well as the top edges of the dividing glass were at sometime edged in gold as well but has since mostly worn off. Is this a dresser tray, or maybe a serving tray. It could be used as either. It glows quite nicely under a black light.
Any help will be greatly appreciated. I have also looked in my depression glass books, vaseline glass books and even Fenton books. I really would like to know more about it.
Thanks,
Larry
