    This cup is a fun piece, do not know the age or history but love it. The entire cup is made from rice but the image of the Japanese lady is what struck my fancy. If you know anything about this, I would appreciate all comments.

      Thank you, wish the history and age would appear as clearly as the lady at the bottom of the cup. She is mute though.

      No, nutsabotas6, heard some horrific stories from the way they conduct themselves....I am not interested in selling this just would like to know the history, age, etc. Please accept my response as a positive attitude and forgive me if I gave you the wrong impression.

      Oh my, please forgive me, I was unaware that they provided information. Just have heard that they were putting items of interest up for the highest bidder and then selling it prior to the owners approval. Thank you.
