Hello, my name is Thebas and I'm looking for help because I can't find anyone to tell me the value of a statue that I possess. Could you help? I don't have any clue if it has any value. It was left for me by my grandfather. In advance Thank you. (sorry for any misspelling but I'm from Portugal)
Known as "The laughing Budda with Children" Yours appears to be of very fine quality China /glazed porcelain . I would say 1900- to 1940. I have seen some signed and they appear to have been made in China . Yours being marked in English numbers and has a stamp mark I can't quite make out . There are lots of these that were made but quality is everything and yours has that ! Beautifully done . He is one that sold not of your good quality .
Here one like yours although quailty is not as good , And price it sold for . Maybe that will give you some idea of price
