I just recently located a picture of this bisque doll the picture is dated 1933 can anyone tell me the maker of this doll it stands about 4 inches

I really don't know the airport is in Orlando, Florida
That dollie looks to be a Shackman kewpie. He is adorable!
I take back what I said about it being a
Shackman. It is an Irwin doll. I have him in plastic and he stands at 5 1.2".
