Is it Fish, a.k.a. Carlos K. Krinklebein, the fish from The Cat in the Hat, sitting on the brim of a top hat? Otherwise, the photos are so blurry...

Hi sorry pics are rubbish. It is a hammered silver button of what looks like a cavalery man wearing a hat. The initials are in a rectangle box and are JWT. The letter date I have identified to 1891. There is also what looks like a castle but looks more like it is just 6 squares??
