He's about 9" tall, no markings on the base. Very finely painted. I guess he's a hiker or backpacker. Is he German? That would be my guess.

That he is not marked with country of origin I am leaning to USA made or he once had a sticker on him saying where he was made . Generally Germany embossed their country not a sticker . He is a cool dude !
