I don't know much about it...this set of dishes was stored away for many years but I believe it was purchased in India by my husbands missionary grandmother in the late 1800's or early 1900's. The markings on the back show that it is hand paint made in Japan with two T's in two diamonds. I would love to know more about the set. I guess it was a tea or dessert set. I have dishes , cups, sugar and creamer and demi cup and saucer.

The two T's in diamonds is the Takito mark but the Hand-painted Made in Japan would place it in the 1920's-1940 circa range - otherwise it would have been stamped "Nippon"
