Manufactured in 1965 by the Republic Tool and Die Company of Los Angeles for Chevrolet as a dealer promo. This toy has never been used or displayed and all original packing and literature as well as decals that have never been applied are intact. I only know of one other that is used this one is still new, a vet dream for a collector. My Family was in the chevrolet busisness and this is one of many cool item's my father managed to preserve. @trent hayes, ::::::::::::why not join the fun and post some pictures of your find(s)....you never know you might get some REAL help ....:-) It is very hard to give opinions on something you can't see .....
I've seen these fetch around 250 bucks on ebay in mint condition with the original box. Without the box and in used shape, you're looking at 40 bucks.
I have one ,the people I bought it from said it was a Barbie Corvette ,I knew better, but I need a steering wheel for it!Any help out there?
