It's a keeper for me .. But I can't figure out who made it. Maybe handmade? It looks hand painted comes with a chilo wire lightbulb holder. It has a switch on the base and one up by the light bulb .

It could be plaster because I see a couple chips. Found it at the goodwill, maybe it was a project in a class but is old..
