PlaySkool trike - is this particular one rare ?

Not sure why the guidelines say "don't request appraisals"....???

I've got this Playskool trike. My searches on the web, don't show ANY that have a plastic body, red dots on the seat, AND blue/red wheels.

I can't determine the age of it, because the old ones clearly have a wooden frame. This one is plastic.

Any help identifying the year and if it's rare or not, would be appreciated.
