D.B.P. = Deutches Bundes-Patent - it is a design patent for the souvenir keychain.

It is an Olympic Games souvenir - both of the games held in Munich have some extra prevalance due to history (1936 -Hitler era) and the of course the infamous 1972 Munich terrorist attacks. - Based on a quick search of ebay listings, although I did not see your exact design, there seem to be several different offered at bids of about 25-35 USD but values are always based on what a collector will pay. - Personally, I would consider those bids as over-valued.
