    I found this in the basement of an old house I bought. I have posted it in the village website for over a year, but so far no one has been able to identify it. Can anyone help?

      Can't be a drying rack because if you put it on its side the Dowel drops out and the whole thing falls apart .

      Gina, just don't put it on it's side!

      Good point, bobby 725! the original dowel was there, but it had dry rot, so I replaced it. It was level with the sides. (The dowel, not the girl LOL!)
