APPARENTLY THIS WAS A MEMORIAL SPOON FOR THE POST OFFICE MASCOT. IT WAS MADE IN 1904 AND IS IN BEAUTIFUL CONDITION. THE MAKER IS WEBB C. BALL CO. CLEVELAND OH.. I HAVE FOUND A LITTLE HISTORY BUT WAS WONDERING THE VALUE IF ANYONE KNEW.
