I was working in Qatar and found this teapot in an Antique shop. The man said it came from north of Afghanistan. It was probably on one of the caravans to Turkey. On the silk Road.
I worked with some Chinese engineers and they told me that the stamp on the bottom was from the Ming Dynasty. It is about 8 inches tall. It only would hold about one cup of tea. It is small because they would not want to transport anything large.
