Quartz brass mantel clock 5" high X 4" long X 2 1/2" wide. It states quartz but does not give the. Amber of the clock. It does say it was hand made in West Germany. Who made this clock?

All the photos are upside down, so difficult to see. Looks like a mass produced clock - there are no working movements to see, just a black box with a battery. This is a Linden clock, very much like yours, selling on eBay for 45.00. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Linden-quartz-west-germany-carriage-mantle-clock-5-clock-Gold-Tone-Metal-Base-/271910738484

You have a battery powered quartz movement cased in a reproduction Carriage Clock case. Being that it was made in West Germany, it must pre-date 1990. I would guess the circa is sometime between 1980 and 1990. Without any maker's mark it's very difficult to know who actually manufactured it. Perhaps another collector will come along and recognize it. Good luck.
