Well, I've made banjos & this isn't one of them. No joke.

I wasn't asking if you had personally made it. I was asking for a wee bit of help from one musician to another in order to gain some information on the make/model of it :-). Clearly, there's some people on here that are only looking to make smart arse comments

So, do you actually have any info on this?

Looks like a nice long neck , 5 string blue-grass banjo. Since it's still in the case, I can't even tell if it has a resonator. I've just made a few because of my luv of them & can't even play one.

I think it's a guitar banjo of some sort as it's all encased in wood/closed back with some sort of inlay in the centre (flowers)

I just enlarged it and now see that it isn't a traditional Amer. 5 string with a key on the side! I think you are on the right track. Next time, maybe we can help you less to answer your own questions. LOL!!

Oh. I would like to see the back of the pot. Does it have a convex resonator larger in dia. than the pot? You are allowed 4 pix.
