Can amy one helped identify? Was my grandmother's. She came to USA from Austria in around 1905. I've searched online for hours just try to find a picture if something close to this.., with no avail! It measures 3-3/4 wide & 5-3/4 kind folded up in the box it came in. The box has 2 cents without message? Printed on it. Any help would be highly appreciated! ! Thank you.

From what I can tell, sometimes if you wrote a message they charged your more!

The Victorian era (up to 1915, as there is no definitive cut-off) had many ''mechanical postcards'' such as this (I assume the windmill moves if you use your fingers). Some were extremely complex. Germany usually made them.

      Very pretty piece.
