Silvertown Safety League Radiator/licsense plate topper, brass.
1930 BF Goodrich made up emblems for good drivers, when joining the safe driving leagues you got an emblem to place on radiator then in later years on license plates, some were plain and some had reflectors in center . Many young people installed these on bike fenders. 3 in. X 5.3 in.
