I have a pair of vases that are approximately 12" tall. Dark blue in color with gold coloring throughout. They have some Japanese lettering on the bottom. I was wondering if anyone can tell me anything about them. I have included pictures of the front, back, side, and bottom of the vase. They were my grandparents.
    Thank you!

Nice vases, i can date them to 1930's even 1920's. Sadly there is only artist/painter mark in bottom, no factory mark. But there is lot vases like yours with very similar decoration.

Thank you for your comments! I just love the deep beautiful blue color of the vases and the other bright colors. I think they are very pretty and love displaying them in my house. I was just curious as to how old they were and any info about them. Thanks for answering my questions!
