Here are four out of five ,8 x 10 ,NASA photos of man's first steps on the moon. The historical photos are of Neil Armstrong and Edwin "Buzz" Aldrin walking on the moon. There is also a photo of the module flying above the surface of the moon. In this photo you can see the Earth in the background some 238,900 miles from the astronaut's vantage point. The third ,man who was on the Apollo 11 mission was Michael Collins. He was the actual pilot for the mission and is a man who is not very well known to most. When this mission is discussed the focus is mainly on Armstrong and Aldrin. None of these photos are autographed unfortunately, but I was very pleased when I learned the value of each one. ( The 5th pic not shown here is the U.S. flag standing alone on the moon surface. You can see the shadow of the landing module in the lower right portion of the photo. ) Just for the record I would like to point out that I am in no way stating that I believe the events of the Apolllo 11 mission actually took place. I just like the photos and the history they represent being as it may true or false.
