Hi! I got a pair of these lamps handed down to me from my grandfather, late 1800"s I think. . Does anyone know anything about them or what there made of? A magnet does not stick to anything except the small diameter ribbed polls going up. The dome feels like stone. The weight in the base is stamped SR-08 and then a raised stamp that looks like a K in the center. They are 49" tall. thanks for any help.
These were made around 1950, and I used to sell a lot of them. The parts here date them well/ Looks like it was originally a chrome finish !
