I found this huge lense on a flee market in Belgium.
There is no serial number on it, only "Voigtlander braunschweig N°237". This is roughly 16.5cm/6.3 inches in diameter and probably 5Kg/10 pounds. There is a concave side with a thread and a flat side. Seems like it should be mounted on a projector. The design look like mid 20th century or so.

Can anyone give me some info on it? Nothing on Voigtlander related forums...

    Thanks,
    Arnaud.

I could contact a person overseas and see what he knows, if he can't figure it out, I would be surprised. Not sure if the photos are good enough to send to him.
The back of lens and any other writing or numbers seem to be missing photos??
