Maybe it is some kind of soft porn--but looks like the items that hang in my grandson' room (He lives elsewhere)
aged 21, room--But none are naked--just the "type" (I think he got them while in high-school--if that is any help)

Its a fetus sucking air thru umbilical cord in a bottle he can never get out of, will never be born.(symbolizing "a womb" ) if you are talking about the picture I posted earlier that looks like the same genre as what you have posted. About the same size I think.
