I bought this doll at an estate sale, I know she is very old, but not sure if
the body is original. I would love some help with some information about her if anyone knows.

I would say safely that is not an older body. With all the dolls I have, and years I've collected I have not mastered the gift of knowing a real China and an old one just by a picture. :( But I doubt any original body would be that clean. I usually see that body style in leather. I do not think that is an original dress either. It looks too crisp.
I think you are right, I thought that it was too clean too. I wanted to take it to a doll appraiser to find out, but I knew I would get a good start here.
Thanks
I don't know if there are any china collectors on the eBay doll boards, but there used to be plenty that could tell you just from a picture.'

I don't know if there are still china doll collectors on the eBay doll board or not, there used to be. Go there, some of those collectors can tell you from a picture easy.
I will do that.
Thank you you have been very helpful, I appreciate you
