Its hard to tell from the pictures, but it appears to be either Italian Minimosaic (if all the little leaves and pieces are single pieces placed together and piece feel hollow) or if its a solid enamel piece it could be a piece czech enamel (usually solid and not hollow). Hope this helps. Beautiful piece!
