Am back at the arts school (nope not for the washroom) and i was in for more surprise. Another exhibition featuring the arts-old music and old films
first pic: something old something new (artist: ang song ming)
Meaning-By singularising the 19th century music stand using the properties of glass it attempts to contrast against mass produced,easily reproducible products
second pic: japanese cattle(artist: shibura nobuhiro)
Meaning:Exploring of the origin of cattle mishima ushi that may have come to japan from china via the korean peninsula(animals migrate too!)
third pic: peak performance plan(artist: nabila nordin)
Meaning: Depicting of old objects reaching their limits
I find it so interesting to see how each artist interprets their work in their own mediums and style!
