I don't know a thing about it. I just like it. It's about a foot tall, 5 sided with raised floral pattern. Appears to be old and heavily glazed.

Hi, need to see more than just a single photo. Please use all four photo options and take photos of the bottom and perhaps one from above. Please reposition your photos on your pc before posting so they are right side up.

This is very nice, and does appear to be old. Someone with a wider knowledge of pottery can tell you about it. Thanks for the good photos!

Hopefully that's better. I know nothing about pottery or photography. I just saw this piece at an estate auction of a wealthy Atlanta businessman that had passed away. Most of the attention was on his fine crystal, glassware (Tharaud, Lalique) and Tiffany lamps. This had no interest except me. It looked very out of place in comparison to his other belongings. The Ugly Duckling amongst princesses if you will. I knew it was for me.

      Very, very lovely.

      Welcome to CW.

I would have been drawn to it because it wasn't a Tiffany or a Lalique. Possibly Italian, but don't quote me, lol! You can bet though, since this was among his expensive items, that it had some special meaning to him. I like the fact that the flowers are raised rather than flat. This is my "Ugly Duckling", found in a thrift shop:
