Ive been told this item is extemely rare, and very valuable. I want to find out if this is true, so hopefully some Harley experts can help me out with this mystery.

I bought one of these after market add ons for my harley in 1989. Never got around to mounting it. It's lost somewhere among all my junk, probably in the original box.
Hi RonM and rocker-sd, thanks but Ive seen those, if you look closely you'll see they are very different. This one is a nickel plated original, which hasnt been used for many years. It is from the the 3o's, only used briefly which is why they are so valuable, a real collectors item. Kuryakin and others tried to copy this original but theirs are cheap n nasty. If you put the two of them together the difference is huge.
