Just procured this in Cambridge, MA and don't know much about it other than the prior owner said it was brought over from Italy in the 60's. Tires are solid rubber and has leather on the seat! Moves by pushing down on the pedal arms and actuates the back wheel. The all-plastic body is complete and isn't scratched to death - the only parts busted are one of the actuating rods near the rear wheel and the left headset handlebar cracked off, but leg shield is surprisingly intact! I've looked everywhere online but can't find a thing on it.

This is a child's toy Vespa made by Italian company 'Kinderland Baby'. I have just bought one myself to restore. There is very little information available about this model. The one you have seems to be a later version of the one I have.
