I picked this up at an estate sale and I thought it looked really neat. But all of my research has me stumped. The paint style looks Peruvian or Bolivian but the hat is throwing me off. No signature found and the dimensions are: 11-1/2" tall x 12-1/2" long. Was wondering if anyone can tell me where this originates from. Many thanks.

I know right? It does have a Mongolian look to it. I just don't know.
