      The wine is poured into the large hole, is aerated when putting it in and pouring it out of the narrow spout.

      CW doesn't offer appraisals, but eBay, etsy, probably has some, or there are lots on line. It's a wine decanter with aerator - you can get crystal ones, vintage ones, etc.
