5/16 I have been cleaning out a room in the cellar for a week or so...this item has been hanging on a hook for over 20 years .... I tried to locate it online but can't match it up with any I did find...this seems to be quite old.
There is a signature that looks like "Jim Hamey (?) but that last name is difficult to read. Also says "patten pending".
It is 47 inches long and there are spaced holes all the way around the top .
Hope someone can help.
