There were only (2) mintmark styles that were used in 1941. This Large S being the scarest of the two. In this day an age/ it's really tough to find one in this high of a grade. The (URS) Universal Rarity rating gives this particular Variety = URS-5
With this "Large-S Variety", it caused Extended-Press runs for the Pairs, perhaps an'explanation, for most Poor-Quality's produced. This Large S coin however, is in premium condition, view the photo(s) you'll see whatI mean.
Ben Nagengast's (The Jefferson Nickel Analyst) 2nd-Edition/, mentions it is very-rare in uncirculated condition. That 5 or 6 Full-Step Coins are extremely hard to find. The Style of the "S" is Unique in 1941, having a Trianglar Shape to it).
