Another mystery piece...lol. This one is exactly 6" tall with the blue & white base and confetti colors. Also there is gold flakes in the confetti and it's got an internal signature "G-23" as pictured here. I'm not having any luck finding anything else to get the facts about this piece so any help is a blessing. Thanks!
For a better chance at ID, insert a base photo, being careful to avoid reflections and shadows.
