This tool pulls the cardboard disc/seal out of the top of the old milk bottles with the wide mouths.
That sounds right. It must be an item local to certain old wide mouth milk bottles. This was purchased at an antique store in Northeast Ohio. I have never seen anything like it. Thanks UncleRon!
