Camel tapestry

I showed front and back, because from what I understand; if its hand woven the front looks just like the back. Looks pretty close to me. The stamp has got me stumped, I believe because it say "made in" italy it was after the tarrif act, 1913? But the palm tree, has some bleeding as well as other spots, so I'm assuming its natural dyes. I'm just wondering if anyone out there can put these peices of this puzzle together and help me figure out approximate dates, decade, or even just worth of this tapestry.
