    i picked this you recently because i thought it was interesting. I don't know anything about knifes really so I am hoping someone can help. Seems old but could just be a replica so I'm asking the experts. The blade is roughly 7-8" long and a little over an inch wide at the base. Thanks in advance!

      Looks like a tourist piece. Military blades are a safer bet.

      fortapache's right. It's probably African. This is an example of what we call "airport art" intended for tourists.
