If the brooch is that old, the plastic may be lucite.
Oh, and I would date it from 1940s based on the style.
thanks davyd286! I got to thinking about it, and yes, you're right. 40s would be more accurate, cause she would have only been like 11 in the 30s so I'm sure she wouldnt have had this
