Going through my late mother’s treasures I found this framed item. I have no idea what it is. I posted on Facebook and nobody could tell me what it was either

There was a business card inside the box for Confucius Asian bistro in Jersey City, New Jersey.

If anyone knows what these are/this is please let me know. I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you
