This watch is a swiss made , old pocket watch.It has a unique feature, the second hand is not a hand it is some kind of plate ,that spins underneath the crystal like pattern of dots on the face of the watch, making the dots appear to sparkle or blink. It says hammond swiss made, written on it, and on the back says nothing .We are wondering if anyone knows or has seen this before?
