    Again, I had posted a picture for a plate and it was suggested that it was a Fry and a link was given. When i followed the link to Ebay, there was a similar plate to this posted.

    I do not know if this is a Fry.

    It's 11" wide.

    Does anyone have any ideas?

      Indiana Glass Company, the pattern is known as "Dahlia" and is most often found in "goofus glass" (cold painted on reverse side with red and gold). Most goofus glass dates to around 1910, this particular pattern was still shown in Indiana Glass Co's 1932 catalog.
