Silver Plated Miniature Tea/Coffee Set - Salesman Sample?

I have a very small Coffee/Tea Set and I am trying to get information on it. There is a Coffee/Tea Pot 4.5" H, a Sugar Bowl w/lid 3.5" H, a Creamer 2.5" H and a Tray 7.25" L x 5.75" W. There are no markings that I can find. The set is a heavy weight, so it doesnt seem to be a "Child's Set". It is so pretty, it almost looks like Sterling. It has a beautiful swirl design.
Can anyone help me with this? I greatly appreciate any information.
