A recent thrift store find. A pale blue cased glass with black spots and a blue ring. It measures6 inches tall and 2 and 3/4 inches across the top. I don't think it is old but would appreciate your thoughts.

Looks like there may be a "78" and some initials on the bottom but they are upside down and the resolution is not good enough to make them out.
Thank you, I hadn't noticed that. I uploaded a better picture. I think it is OTT 78 or GTT 78.
It's exciting to see a signature. I hope someone can enlighten me on who made this.
