Looks like a sports program maybe from the 60's. What's the back look like?

      Its plan on the back

Yes it is a blank sports program from the mid 60's. The high school football program would be printed on the blank side.

I don't mean to argue with you earlycoke, but isn't this a placemat? It has the football hand signs just like any other football style placemat. But, I maybe wrong.

These were sometimes laminated by "creative" collectors and sold as placemats but they were originally used as generic high school/college sports programs. Both team stats would be printed on the back and these would fold in half to 8.5" x 11" and handed out prior to the game.
