French Antique Cobalt Blue and Brass Table Lamps

I have these 2 antique beautiful cobalt blue table lamps. I am trying to figure out how old they are. They have brass on them and the blue is very vibrant. I was thinking of selling them but they are so striking I have not decided. Does anyone know where I can find out the age and value on this sort of item.
