      Appears to be a Dresden figurine copy of a Meissen Winter figure-skating cherub or putti (check google images). The N with crown mark may be the Dresden mfr Sandizell Hoffner, picture unclear if the word Germany is on the side, that would define it. As far as value, this is only a collector info site we don't appraise
