Hello I’ve just rediscovered this lovely looking old stone, it’s very big and would have been a massive ring , so maybe it’s from a pendant, not sure what it is, it’s most likely over 20ct

Beautiful stone, I used to have a similar one made into a brooch, it was called Baltic amber
Thanks newfld great help as I don’t think I’ve heard of Baltic amber before so will have a look a some items online
Looked at Baltic amber but saw nothing that looked like it .
It sort of looks like a very yellow tigers eye to me...as it tends to have that kind of lines in it....and that sort of sheen to it.....but really not sure
Or maybe a polished yellow or honey calcite....
Thanks leeesa I originally thought tigers eye but it’s different from the tigers eye that I have , it’s very unusual
